Over the past 15 years, Leticia has worked at the intersection of communications, public policy, and innovation. She has led communications teams in public-sector organizations, including the São Paulo Finance Department, and later helped consolidate global brands such as Uber and Meta in Latin America.
She helped establish Uber in Brazil - reshaping its reputation from an app perceived as expensive and unsafe into the country’s leading shared mobility service. At Meta, she led long-term strategies to strengthen brand value and demonstrate the positive impact of apps such as Facebook and Instagram across the region.
Her career culminated in the development of a data-driven methodology to build and consolidate organiz
ational and personal reputation. This includes anticipating, preventing, and responding with speed and precision in high-pressure scenarios, such as large-scale crises.
Currently, in addition to leading LNM, she serves as a guest professor in top Brazilian University FAAP’s graduate program, teaching strategic communication and crisis management.

A specialist in Marketing and AI applied to digital strategy, Yuri leverages generative technologies and data analysis, combined with a strong creative and aesthetic repertoire, to go beyond content production. He develops communities, fosters meaningful conversations, and builds digital audiences with agility and operational efficiency.
Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree at ESPM in Artificial Intelligence applied to Marketing and Business, he operates at the intersection of concept, execution, and technology. He applies AI to ideation, prototyping, narrative development, and the optimization of creative workflows across both online and offline marketing.
His background includes experience in art direction, executive production, and audience development in cultural and independent projects, combining creative sensibility with operational consistency.
