Over the past 15 years, Leticia has worked at the intersection of communications, public policy, and innovation. She has led communications teams in public-sector organizations, including the São Paulo Finance Department, and later helped consolidate global brands such as Uber and Meta in Latin America.
She helped establish Uber in Brazil - reshaping its reputation from an app perceived as expensive and unsafe into the country’s leading shared mobility service. At Meta, she led long-term strategies to strengthen brand value and demonstrate the positive impact of apps such as Facebook and Instagram across the region.
Her career culminated in the development of a data-driven methodology to build and consolidate organizational and personal reputation. This includes anticipating, preventing, and responding with speed and precision in high-pressure scenarios, such as large-scale crises.
